A contemporary original painting, semi-abstract aerial view of a rocky strip of land separating
the Indian Ocean from a sandy lake in the Kimberley Region of Western Australia.

Mangroves encroach into the tidal fringe of the tropical sea, whilst completely different plants
circle the inland lake. The lake dies out in the dry season, exposing a sandy bottom.
